How do I update the firmware of my devices?

Firmware upgrading is irreversible, so there is no way back.
Can I OTA my devices in bulk?
No, Koolmesh app does not support mesh OAT yet. If all devices are the same model, such as 10 pcs HBIR29, then you need to download the first firmware of the first device, and it will save time when you are going to update the remaining same model.
What are the direct differences between different firmware version of the device?
Different firmware versions include new features and bug fixes. Users can select "OTA Update" and then click "Release Notes" to view the details. Select the firmware version you want to learn about for more information.
