If the device is on the list of “Other networks”,which means this device has been added to other networks, then you need to reset it first. How to reset it please refer to video.

Why is there a warning triangle behind the devices in the “current network” when I add the devices?

When deleting a device, make sure it is online. If the device is offline (e.g., powered off or disconnected from the mesh network) and you force-delete it from the Koolmesh app, a warning triangle will appear when you try to add the device again after it comes back online. In this case, you need to reset the device without cutting the power and then add it back to your network. For detailed instructions, please refer to the video.

Is it possible to add and reset all the devices at one time?
